I got the shipping updates along the way, and the package showed up in good condition. Nothing especially flashy, but if you’re mainly looking for a straightforward delivery with basic tracking, it did the job for me.

I ordered from circlebdiecast.com the other day, kind of on a whim while I was sitting at my desk with a coffee getting cold next to me. The payment part was really smooth. The checkout page looked secure, so I didn’t feel nervous putting in my card details, which I always pay attention to with smaller sites. I got the confirmation email right away too, and that definitely made me feel better. No random extra charges showed up after, nothing weird at all. Simple site, safe payment process, and I’d use it again.

Some of the models had fair prices, but a few were more expensive than what I’ve seen elsewhere. It wasn’t terrible, but I felt like I wasted energy comparing everything just to realize the deals weren’t always that great.

I did end up finding what I was looking for, which made me happy at first. But then the pages started loading really slowly and I got frustrated fast. The menus were also kind of confusing, so I kept going from relieved to annoyed while trying to get around the site

I ended up having to return a diecast car because I ordered the wrong one. I can’t remember exactly if it took two days or maybe three to hear back, but it wasn’t instant. Once they replied, they sent over the return info and refunded me after the car got back to them. The timing was a little fuzzy on my end, but overall it worked out. Not the fastest return ever, but it was fair and I didn’t have any real problems.

I ordered a few diecast cars from circlebdiecast and everything showed up exactly like I picked it out. The models, colors, and quantities were all right, which was really nice. I’m giving 4 stars just because the packing could’ve been a little cleaner, but nothing was damaged or anything. Overall, it was a gooood experience

My experience with Circle B Diecast was okay overall, okay but not amazing. I had a question before things moved forward, and they did get back to me eventually.

The main issue was the wait. It felt a bit slow, slow enough that I ended up following up once, which was kind of annoying. I wasn’t ignored, but I would have liked a quicker update.
To be fair, the answer they gave was helpful once I got it, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. I just wish the communication was clearer and faster, faster would have made the whole thing feel smoother

well... I ordered from outside the US and was a little nervous about the shipping, but it all went smoother than I expected. The tracking updated fine, and the box showed up safely. The diecast was packed really well with no damage or loose parts. It did take a bit, but that’s normal for international mail. I’d definitely buy from Circle B Diecast again

I’ve preordered from Circle B Diecast a few times and, okay, the stuff did eventually show up, so it’s not like it vanished into the void or anything. But the dates kept shifting around and the updates weren’t always super clear, which made me feel like I was tracking some top-secret mission instead of a diecast order. It wasn’t awful, but I definitely wouldn’t call it reliable if you need something fast. I’d still order again, but only when I’m mentally prepared to wait forever-ish.

I had a question about a specific diecast model and they knew pretty much exactly what I meant within like 2 minutes. They helped me narrow it down to the right one without making it feel like a sales pitch. felt more like chatting with a couple of collectors than dealing with a shop. Replies were quick too, maybe 3 or 4 messages back and forth and I had what I needed

It could be better. Some parts were okay, but overall it felt a bit hit or miss for me. I wouldn’t say it was terrible, but it didn’t fully meet my expectations either.

They fixed the problem without making it a big drama, and everything arrived fine after that. Happy with how they handled it.

The rewards program is alright if you buy diecast stuff often. I did get some points back, and it knocked a little off my next order, so that was nice. I just wish the discounts built up faster because it doesn’t really feel like a big perk. I also got the impression that when I sent a message about it, nobody actually read what I wrote, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, not bad, but it’s not really a major reason I’d choose to shop here.

Overall, I’d say it was worth it and I’m happy with what I got. I just wasn’t expecting the shipping cost to be as high as it was, so that was a bit of a letdown at checkout. Still a good buy, but I wish the delivery fee had been a little more reasonable.

The model showed up in good shape overall. The box had a small ding on one corner, but the car itself was clean and didnt have any damage. Its not absolutely perfect, but for the price I think its totally fine. Id order again if I found another one I liked.

The order got here on time, so no complaints there, but the packaging was half-assed. The box was a bit crushed and the inner wrap felt way too thin, like someone just tossed it in and called it a day. Luckily the diecast itself was fine and didn’t have any real damage. Not a total disaster, but come on, a little more care with the packing would’ve been nice.

They were clear, friendly, and didn’t make it feel like I was bothering them. After that my order went through fine, no weird issues or anything. Nice customer service, good experience overall, and yeah, I’d buy from them again.

I went to check out a few items and most of them were already showing as sold out. It’s frustrating, especially when stores seem to have all these little policy loopholes that let items stay listed even when you can’t actually buy them. Feels like a waste of time as a customer.
